9th month start ho gaya hai but contractions are literally ghosting you? 👻🤰

Let’s talk about the ultimate waiting game!

EDD (Expected Date of Delivery) tak wait karna is totally a vibe IF your reports are green flags 🟩 (good fluid, perfect baby movements, cephalic position). But 40-41 weeks ke baad? Things can get a little risky 🚩 (less O2, meconium aspiration).

And remember, wait nahi karne ka matlab direct C-Section nahi hota! Induction is a safe option for a normal delivery. 🌸 Talk to your doctor and choose what's best for you and your baby!

Drop your EDD in the comments below! Let’s see who is next in line! 👇👶

Most women think this is “normal”… but it isn’t.

If you are
🚻 searching for washrooms everywhere
🚻 waking up multiple times at night to p*e
🚻 planning long trips around bathroom stops
…it could be Overactive Bladder.

And no, this is not just an “age problem.”

Common triggers in women include:
• weak pelvic floor after pregnancy
• recurrent UTIs
• excess caffeine (chai / coffee)
• hormonal changes

The good news? It can be managed with the right steps.

Save this reel so you remember the early signs.
And share it with a friend who always asks
“washroom kahan hai?” 👀

Things I would NEVER do as a gynecologist.

After seeing thousands of women in clinic,
I’ve realised something important…

Most gynec problems begin with small daily habits.

Habits we ignore.
Habits no one talks about.
Habits that silently affect reproductive health.

In this post I’m sharing 6 things I personally avoid as a gynecologist.

You might be surprised how common these are.
Tell me honestly 👇

Which one surprised you the most?

“Retinol Yaad Hai… Ovulation Nahi?”

You remember your 10-step skincare routine…
but ovulation timing?

Most women know retinol, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid
but have no idea when their fertile window is.

Truth is simple:
Ovulation isn’t random.
Your cycle has only about 5–6 days when pregnancy chances are highest.

Yet many women trying to conceive rely on guesswork instead of understanding their cycle.

Ovulation tracking isn’t complicated.

It starts with:
• LH surge
• Cervical mucus
• Cycle awareness

Reproductive literacy should be as normal as skincare knowledge.

Glow up sirf skin ka nahi… hormones ka bhi hota hai.

Comment “OVULATION”
and in the next reel I’ll show the simplest way to track it.

Tracking calories, counting matcha lattes… but ignoring period pain every month?
That’s not “normal cramps.”

If your periods come with:
• Painkillers every cycle
• Missing work or college
• Vomiting or fainting
• Pain that stops your daily routine

🚩 Your body might be signalling endometriosis, PCOS, or hormonal imbalance.

A hot water bag can soothe pain…
but it is not treatment.
Your body isn’t being dramatic.
It’s asking to be heard.

✨ In your soft girl era, don’t gaslight your own health.
👇 Comment “PERIOD”

and I’ll drop the Normal vs Red Flag period pain checklist.

“Normal delivery ke baad pain normal nahi hota.”

Most women are told that perineal tears are just a small cut during childbirth.

But the truth is — they can affect muscles, nerves, pelvic floor support and long-term comfort.

That’s why many women experience:
• pain years after delivery
• pain during in*******se
• pelvic floor weakness
• leaking or discomfort

And the worst part? Most women are never warned about it.
The good news is — awareness, prevention and proper pelvic floor care can make a huge difference.

If you're planning a vaginal birth or already had one, remember this:
Protect it.
Check it.
Rehab it.

Your perineum deserves the same care as a C-section scar.

Save this reel so you don’t forget it later — and share it with another mom who deserves to know this.

Most people think pregnancy symptoms come only from the mom… but science says it’s a team project. 🧬

The placenta — the organ that supports your baby — actually contains DNA from BOTH parents.

That means dad’s s***m health also influences how the placenta develops, hormone levels like HCG, and sometimes even how early pregnancy symptoms show up.

So if mom is feeling all the nausea and fatigue… remember 👀

pregnancy is a couple’s journey from day one.
Small lifestyle changes in BOTH partners can make a big difference in fertility and pregnancy health.

Save this reel for later and send it to someone planning a baby 🤍
