Seasonal Natural Mashroom

Mushrooms contain protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. One of the antioxidant agents in mushrooms is selenium, which has been said to help prevent cancer. Mushrooms are also high in dietary fibre, and may help manage a number of health condition including type 2 diabetes.

Fibre, potassium and vitamin C in mushrooms may also contribute to cardiovascular health. The potassium in mushrooms can help regulate blood pressure.

Theme is "I can, we can" that acknowledge that everyone has the capacity to address the Cancer burden. We can work together to reduce cancer risk factors.

According to WHO data- in the world 17 people die every minute from cancer.

Here some tips which can help to prevent cancer:

➡️About 1/3 of all cancers can be prevented by lifestyle choices but there is no one particular food or exercise, it's lifestyle changes.

➡️Do not smoke 🚭or chew tobbaco

➡️Wash your vegetables & fruits thoroughly 🥬🥦🍅🍓🍇🥕

➡️ Be as lean as possible🏃

➡️30 min physical activity everyday ⛹️

➡️ Avoid sugary drinks 🥡 and energy dense foods🍩🍨🍝

➡️Limit red meats & processed meats

➡️Limit salts and processed foods🥨

➡️Eat a variety of Vegetables,fruits, wholegrains & legumes 🍓🍇🍑🍍🥒🥕🍄🧅🥝🍈🍋🍅🍱
