Here is my final verdict on diet!
1. Add protein + fibre to every meal
Instead of just carbs, balance your plate.
π Example: With pasta, add tofu / chicken + a side of salad.
This keeps you full longer and avoids overeating.
2. Choose slow-calorie proteins
Foods like paneer, tofu, chicken, dal β they digest slowly and keep cravings in check.
3. Watch your caffeine intake β
Recommended = ~2 cups/day
If youβre having 3+, try swapping:
π Chaas (perfect for summers)
π Lemon water / light drinks
Less jitters, better hydration.
