More than 60 percent of FYHwithReetika's incoming clients say they struggle with emotional or stress eating.

Here's what we do and you can also do:

✅Next time you feel driven to stress eat, give yourself permission to overeat.

(When you remove the restrictions, the cravings automatically becomes manageable)

✅See it as a learning experience

Observe your thoughts and behaviour real time

✅Resist the urge to criticize or judge yourself

Try to be neutral while assessing your relationship with food.

✅Once you know your trigger, decide what to do about it.

Try to find other ways to manage stress than just compensating it with food.

Remember: Awareness is Powerful!

I think one of the biggest fat loss mistakes someone can do is to completely avoid rice 🤨

Not only is it very impractical it’s also absolutely unnecessary to lose weight 😒

👌Brown rice has more nutrients
👌Brown rice makes you feel fuller
👌Brown rice has more fibre

But
But but... LISTEN👂

Brown rice and White rice are similar in CALORIES!

It means if you switched to brown rice but eat the exact same amounts, the amount of calories you’re consuming throughout the day is essentially the same. Which would mean no difference to your fat loss progress 🤫

White rice isn't some poison and Brown rice isn't some superfood. Eat whatever you prefer 👇
