✅Next time you feel driven to stress eat, give yourself permission to overeat.
(When you remove the restrictions, the cravings automatically becomes manageable)
✅See it as a learning experience
Observe your thoughts and behaviour real time
✅Resist the urge to criticize or judge yourself
Try to be neutral while assessing your relationship with food.
✅Once you know your trigger, decide what to do about it.
Try to find other ways to manage stress than just compensating it with food.
