Seed cycling involves consumption of a combination of seeds during different phases of the cycle to regulate menstrual cycle.
The combination of seeds consumed depicts the dominance of certain hormones during different phases of the cycle.
It’s a common remedy to resolve a number of reproductive system related issues like PCOS, menopause PMS, irregular periods , night sweat, fatigue & hot flashes.
For those who cannot really track their periods due to irregularities or are going through menopause they can refer to the phases of moon to track their cycle.
