I had been irregular with my workout schedule and stressing over my increased work load due to lockdown. Today i made a decision to wake up before the sun and workout.

I started with guided workout by app. Will continue this for next 4 weeks.

HemanSuggests- A 20 mins brisk walk daily.

On day 4 of change, I have introduced walking in my daily schedule. You can opt as an exercise regime in the morning or just a calm time post dinner.

Foremost benefit is increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness.

I will use this time for next 30 days as Me time. My focus will be having a peaceful time while walking and training my mind sub-conscious mind with positive affirmations.

DON'T take your phone along. Just be with yourself.

Recap and daily ritual-

1. No social media engagement for 1 hr while working.

When we own our mornings, we own our days. When we own our days, we own our lives. Today starting with a small change in my lifestyle of getting 10mins Sun everyday. I will be committing to ot for next 30 days to make it a habit. This is a fastest way to replenish your our depleted Vitamin D levels.
