Project Ukiyo is an initiative focusing on mental health and wellness of young individuals and is an attempt at striving to live in the present while dealing with the challenges of life. We aim to navigate our journey to mental sanctity through open conversations with students dealing with different issues, seeking advice from professionals and learning about mental health challenges with empathy and spreading information about them.

Delhi University finally opened their gates to offline college after almost 2 years and since the day the notice has come out, its been a complete roller coaster ride for the students of Delhi University. the reopening brought a lot of mental pressure and other anxieties with it. Let's hear from the students themselves about how the reopening of their college in offline mode has had an impact over them.

We started with a purpose, to help, to love and create a safe space for as many people as we can.
What we learned from our time together is that the people we surround ourselves with impact our mental health to a great degree and having such compassionate people around gave us the strength and peace to keep going and keep working.

We bring to you some stress relieving hobbies that can actually calm you and give peace of mind during difficult situations!

We also know that it is true that every person is different and some activity that may work for one may not work for another person but these are some of the most common activities that are proven to show positive results and can be performed by anyone and do not even require much stuff for performing them✨
