BLESSINGS TO YOGESWAR MULAKH RAJ JI
Prabhu Ji, after visiting a number of places, reached Haridwar in 1920 A.D. to attend the Kumbha Fair. The Gurumata and Shri Tirath Ram, elder brother of Prabhu Ji, had also reached Haridwar from Amritsar, in search of him. It was just per chance that they happened to meet him. Their joy knew no bounds and they earnestly requested him to accompany them to Amritsar. Prabhu Ji acceded to their request and after taking holy dip in Ganges on the occasion. He accompanied them back home to Katra Bhai Sant Singh at Amritsar. The entire family was deeply impressed by the divine halo on his face and the thick, long locks on his head. On reaching home, an incident took place as under:
In the neighborhood, there lived a woman popularly known as chachi (aunt). In course of her conversation with Prabhu Ji, the chachi said—”Have you just grown locks on your head or achieved something substantive too?”
Prabhu Ji said, “Chachi! I have gained everything.”
The aunt—”Then show something.”
On hearing this, Prabhu Ji quietly returned home. Soon after, Chachi found snakes and snakes in her room. She started trembling in horror and loudly called out for Prabhu Ji who was standing at a short distance and smiling. Prabhu Ji again went to her place and said, “Chachi! These snakes are not poisonous; they are not going to harm you.” But the aunt continued to be in a state of panic because the snakes had further spread all over her house and on the stairs too. She was very much scared. Prabhu Ji commanded the snakes, “Go away; our aunt is feeling very much frightened.” At this, all the snakes disappeared.
A number of such incidents took place in the household from time to time, which was witnessed by the family members.
While at Amritsar, Prabhu Ji practiced astrology along with Ayurvedic system of medicine for some time. From 1921 A.D., He started preaching his yogic experiences. In no time, his fame spread far and wide. It was by this time that our Sadgurudev, Shri Mulakh Raj Ji Maharaj, who had been in the company of saints and hermits for quite a number of years and was in an intense state of Viaragya (renunciation), happened to meet Prabhu Ji at Amritsar. Prabhuji’s compassionate blessings instantly led him to the supreme state of yogic trance for the first ten to twelve years.
In 1931 A.D., Prabhu Ji deputed Shri Mulakh Raj Ji to Lahore for preaching yoga. As a result, the first yoga center was opened near Waterworks in a temple popularly known as Calcutta-walah Mandir. The next center was subsequently set up in a temple at Lahori Gate and the yoga services were further extended to various parts of Lahore viz., Shah-Alami Gate, Pari Mahal, Krishna Gali No. 2, Fort Lakshman Singh etc. where hundreds of patients suffering from acute and chronic diseases were fully cured. Many deserving souls wren spiritually uplifted by yoga Sadhna through his gracious blessings.
Later, Prabhu Ji along with our Sadgurudev, Shri Mulakh Raj Ji went round the country and visited several places viz. Rishikesh, Agra, Sawaigram, Kanpur, Amritsar, Chhehrata, Lahore, etc. for preaching Yoga where he redeemed countless deserving souls through yogic devices and blessings.
In 1936 A.D., while Prabhu Ji was the Rishikesh, he summoned Shri Mulakh Raj Ji Maharaj from Amritsar and showering his affectionate and merciful blessings, granted him the Vardaan (spiritual boon) in the following words:
“RAJA JI! I had enshrined you in Samadhi for years and years; now onwards, you go on bestowing Dhyana Samadhi to the deserving souls. Hereafter, health to the diseased and Dhyana Samadhi to the deserving aspirants for whom I assumed this human form.” Since then countless inquisitive devotees seeking refuge at his lotus feet, have been redeemed. Al these incidents have been recorded in our publications entitled Yoga Ka Sakshatkar and Madras Yatra. Desirous devotees can obtain these titles from our Ashrams. A close reading or careful listening of titles grants one the experience of renunciation and ecstasy.
Amidst countless disciples of Mahaprabhu Ji, our Reverted Sadgurudev Swami Mulakh Raj Ji had completely surrendered himself at the lotus feet of his Sadgurudev whom he worshiped as God. Mahaprabhu Ji had the fullest self-satisfaction with him since he had attained Tas-roopata, complete Divine merger with him. Mahaprabhu Ji was amply contented with him since he always found him in a state of happiness. That is why he became the chief amongst his disciples. At last, Prabhu Ji transmitted shakties (powers) and vibhuties (glories) to Mulakh Raj Ji Maharaj in conformity with the spiritual norms as laid down in Rishidom. He further bestowed upon him his mysterious powers in all the eight faculties of yoga, passed on control of all the yoga centers (Ashrams) by vesting authority on him to spread yoga and exalting him to the highest seat of spiritual authority. He made him as under:
“Rajaji! Hereafter I will go round the Himalayas and communicate with the Siddhas through my divine form. Dreadful times are ahead when brutality and barbarity will rule the world. There will be no savior to the suffering humanity. It is here that in response to the sincere prayers of the afflicted and the tormented humanity, I will once again manifest myself to establish peace and happiness in the world. The constitution to be then laid down by me, would be functionally operative till the close of the Kalpa.”
Preceded by a number of supernatural events, the Great Yogeshwar Shri Ram Lal Mahaprabhu formally shed his corporeal frame in the year 1938 A.D. on the Shravana Panchami morning and left for the skies through his divine body.
