Walking is one of those activities that we take for granted because we literally do it some amount of it every single day.
But it’s actually so, so, so beneficial if we really want to start getting active and move towards a lifestyle where we wish to lose weight or just maintain our physique. It matters a lot.
Two things I would love for you to take away from this video:
1. To know your daily step count
2. To block time every day for walking
