Walking is one of those activities that we take for granted because we literally do it some amount of it every single day.

But it’s actually so, so, so beneficial if we really want to start getting active and move towards a lifestyle where we wish to lose weight or just maintain our physique. It matters a lot.

Two things I would love for you to take away from this video:

1. To know your daily step count
2. To block time every day for walking

that’s all you need to just get started :)

Took me a fair bit of time to convince my dad that whey is safe to consume.

Here’s what helped:
1. First, I showed him why we need it.
2. Then, I educated him on how whey is actually made, what goes in, and what does not.
3. Finally, I involved him in the process. We read labels, ordered trial packs, and tried it together.

One of our clients asked us how he could lose belly fat quickly, as his sister’s wedding was around the corner. And we had to share this hard but honest truth with him.

We cannot lose fat from just one specific body part. There is no exercise, tea, or shortcut that only targets the belly. If we can move away from this misconception, things become simpler. There are just two things that actually work:

1. Strength training, 4 times a week
At home or at the gym, both work. Strength training helps us build muscle, improve posture, and lose fat from the entire body, even from areas we don’t notice daily. Over time, the belly fat we are worried about starts reducing too.

2. Taking care of nutrition (start small)
We don’t need a strict diet to begin with. If we start by limiting junk food and eating more mindfully, energy levels improve, recovery gets better, and even our skin benefits.

When we do these two things consistently, the body starts changing steadily. In a way that actually lasts. If you need help figuring out how to do this in a way that fits our life, just call us at 8700509361 :)

In the first 30 days, the biggest risk is not injury or lack of strength. It is overwhelm. When we start working out, our brain is learning more than your body. New movements, new cues, new spaces, new people, new routines. The cognitive load is at its highest. So shutting noise is not just for peace of mind. It is for skill acquisition.
