The various grains&millets that can be used in combination to make your own multigrain flour are whole wheat (gehun),jowar(sorghum),bajra(pearl millet),ragi(finger millet)rajgira(amaranth),soya beans,chana(chickpeas),oats(jai),singhara(buckwheat)to name a few..
Do you know the benefits of using Multigrain aata/ flour over regular wheat flour?
*They are high in fibre and protein content,so help control your blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
*The combined benefit of using different types of grains helps your digestion and gastrointestinal inflammations.
*You can combine these flours as per your physiological needs and tastes.
