Eat when your body asks — not just when food is around.
When you feel hunger, your body is sending signals through ghrelin, the “hunger hormone,” produced in the stomach. Ghrelin rises when your stomach is empty, telling your brain: “It’s time to refuel.”
After eating, your fat cells release leptin, the “satiety hormone,” which communicates to the brain that you’ve had enough. Eating without hunger overrides this system, leading to:
🔹 Poor digestion (enzymes and stomach acid aren’t fully primed)
🔹 Overeating and unnecessary calorie storage
🔹 Energy crashes instead of steady fuel
🔹 Increased stress on insulin balance and metabolism
By eating only when hungry, you:
✅ Work with your natural hormones
✅ Support better digestion and nutrient absorption
✅ Maintain stable energy and weight
✅ Build mindfulness with food
✨ Trust your physiology — your body already knows when it needs fuel.

In Ayurveda, weight loss isn’t just about “calories in vs. out.” It’s about digestion, balance, and clearing toxins.
🔑 Why weight may not shift:
Weak Agni (digestive fire) → slow metabolism, heaviness
Excess Kapha → water retention, cravings, lethargy
Ama (toxins) → blocks fat breakdown
Lifestyle → stress, late nights, lack of movement
🌿 What helps:
Boost digestion with mindful eating, optimum exercise, proper sleep and supportive Ayurvedic interventions.
Lighten Kapha with warm, light, non-oily foods
Detox with simple meals and in stubborn cases with oral medicine, external treatments like Udwartan and guided Panchakarma treatments
Support with yoga, pranayama, and good sleep
✅ Science shows Panchakarma, appropriate Ayurvedic medicine , and optimal exercise improve metabolism and stress balance.
💡 Ayurveda = weight balance from within, not restriction. BOOK A CONSULTATION TO KNOW FURTHER !

CALCANEAL SPUR - We get many cases of heel pain at the OPD and many of them have heel spurs or Calcaneal spurs which can very easily be managed with Ayurvedic management.

Sharp, stabbing pain in the heel (especially with first steps in the morning or after rest).
Pain decreases after some activity but may return with prolonged standing/walking.
Localized tenderness at the bottom of the heel.
Swelling and mild warmth in the heel area (sometimes).
Pain worsens with barefoot walking or on hard surfaces.

In Ayurveda, Agnikarma offers quick relief without side effects.

💠 Benefits:
* Immediate pain relief for many
* Safe, simple & effective
