Adult patient came to me for ear block & pain sensation right ear since 5 days. Dead insect seen on otoscopy along with inflmmatory tissue. Careful removal done under endoscopic visualization.

Very careful removal is required as drum can get damaged.
Visualization & proper instrumentation is the key.
