2- Focus on nutrient-dense foods: Incorporate more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your diet. These foods are rich in nutrients and will keep you feeling full and satisfied.
3- Limit processed and high-fat foods: Foods that are high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats can contribute to weight gain. Limiting your intake of these foods can help you lose weight and improve your overall health.
