❗More than 720 000 people die due to suicide every year❗
❗Suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death among 15–29-year-olds❗

The reasons for suicide are multi-faceted influenced by
👥social,
😶cultural,
🧬biological,
🧠psychological, and
👽environmental factors
present across the life-course.

Here’s how you can "fill your cup" and nurture your mental health:

✨ Rest – Your body and mind need rest to recharge. Quality sleep and downtime are vital for emotional stability.

🌿 Spend time in nature – A walk in the fresh air or a moment under the sky can reduce stress and boost happiness.
