The RRIH Guwahati family gathered to honor Mr. Phukan Chandra Rabha as he retires after 39 years of exemplary and selfless service. ​Led by Officer-in-Charge Dr. Amulya Ratna Sahoo, the staff and officers came together to share their deepest appreciation for Mr. Rabha.
​We wish him a long, healthy, and peaceful superannuation.
