RRIH Guwahati organized a two-day Scientific Seminar on 9th–10th March on the theme “Emerging Disease Patterns in North-East India: A Homoeopathic Perspective on Respiratory and Mental Health” at Hotel Lily, Guwahati.
The inaugural session was graced by Dr. Indranoshee Das, ACS, Director of AYUSH, Government of Assam, as the Chief Guest. The programme was attended by eminent academicians, researchers, and practitioners from across the region.
Eminent speakers including Prof. (Dr.) Abhijit Chattopadhyay, Prof. (Dr.) Subhas Singh, Dr. Chintamani Nayak, Dr. Hadi Kamrul Islam, Dr. Hrishikesh Sarma, Dr. Soumendu Bhattacharya, and Dr. Deepen Baruah delivered insightful lectures during the scientific sessions.
The seminar featured scientific lectures, interactive discussions, and a quiz competition for the participants. The deliberations over the two days provided valuable insights into the changing disease patterns in North-East India and highlighted the scope of homoeopathic management in respiratory and mental health conditions.
