Mission Authenticity 1.0 I empower women high achievers who feel compromised and conflicted, to achieve personal excellence so that they can create clarity and joy in life.

The programs have 1:1 coaching, group coaching, healing and support groups. My specialisation is decoding the ancient Scriptures and Texts for everyday life. If you are you the one who feels out of place not due to confusion and chaos in your life but because you have to put up a face, to be someone else to manage relationships and situations. In that process, you feel more and more misaligned with your core self, then I can help you through the alchemical process of delayering what is not authentically yours. Having an academic pedigree and corporate experience with great companies still didn't land me to a place of peace and joy. Some parts of me didn't belong and this curious mind went in search of something more, which is unseen, inexplicable to the reasoning mind but I could feel in my energy body. I spent 5 years in the inner journey studying Vedanta and other sacred scriptures and texts and more importantly the self-study (svadhyay), meditation practices and therapy. And I have impacted 600+ people so far with 1:1 coaching/healing & group coaching/workshops. I found a lot, helped some women find their root causes, making shifts in themselves and creating a ripple effect in their world. I claim to be just like you, still learning, still implementing while I continue to live in the chaos and confusion.
