આપ સૌને જણાવતા અમે ગૌરવ અનુભવીએ છીએ કે ચિરાગ આંખની હોસ્પિટલ ને એન્ટ્રી લેવલ ની NABH(National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત થઇ છે. આ વિસ્તાર ની આ સૌપ્રથમ આંખની હોસ્પિટલ છે જેને આવી માન્યતા મળી હોય. આના માટે અમે આભારી છીએ અમારા સ્ટાફ, અમારા કોર્ડીનેટોર Jaimin Pandya, અસેસર દીપા ચુઘ અને સૌથી વધુ અમારા પેશન્ટો કે જેમણે હંમેશા અમારી પાસે ઉત્તમ ગુણવત્તા વાળી સારવાર ની અપેક્ષા કરી અને અમને હંમેશા ઉચ્ચતમ ગુણવત્તા જાળવવા પ્રેર્યા.
NABH માન્યતા થી શું ફરક પડશે અમારા દર્દીઓને, સ્ટાફ ને, અને અમને? દર્દીઓ માટે, તેમને એક ચોક્કસ ધારાધોરણ વાળી સારવાર મળવાની ખાતરી રહેશે।તેમને મળતી સારવાર માં પારદર્શકતા અને સલામતી ની ખાતરી રહેશે।તેમના મેડિકલેઇમ ને પાસ થવામાં સરળતા રહેશે, કેમકે હવે ઈન્સુરન્સ કંપનીઓ NABH નો આગ્રહ રાખે છે. સ્ટાફ ને અવારનવાર ટ્રેનિંગ મળવાથી તેમની સ્કિલ માં સતત સુધારો થશે. હોસ્પિટલે SOP (standard operating procedure) નું પાલન કરવાનું હોય, ગંભીર અકસ્માતો ની શક્યતા નહિવત રહેશે।દર્દીઓ ને કેશલેસ મેડિકલેઇમ ની સગવડ આપી શકાશે।
We are proud to announce that Chirag Eye hospital got entry level NABH(National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accreditation. This is the first eye hospital in this part of the state to get such accreditation. We would like to thank our staff, our coordinator Jaimin Pandya , assessor Deepa Chugh and most importantly our patients, who always kept us on toes to maintain the standard of our hospital to the highest level.
What does this accreditation mean to our patients, staff, and to us? For patients, they are assured of getting a standard quality of care. They don't have to worry about safety and quality of treatment they are receiving. They will have a smooth process for their insurance claims as hospital is NABH accredited. For staff, they have an opportunity to update their skills by regular training. Their safety is taken care of. For us, we are now more prepared to offer safe and standard medical and general care to our patients. We will have to follow standard operating procedures and that will make our system more resilient towards untoward incidents. We will be able to provide uninterrupted cashless mediclaim facilities to our patients, as insurance companies have made NABH accreditation mandatory.
