- 💧 Hydrate: 8-10 glasses water (Iftar to Suhoor).
- 🍗 Protein: Chicken, eggs, paneer, fish at both meals.
- 🥣 Complex Carbs: Oats, daliya, whole wheat for energy.
- 🥗 Break Fast: 2 dates + warm lemon water.

❌ Yeh Mat Karo:
- 🚫 Fried: No pakoras/samosas (Causes dehydration!).
- 🥤 Sugar: Skip juices & mithai (Spikes hunger).
- 🍟 Salty: Limit chips/pickles (Increases thirst).

20g Almond flour
10g Honey
1 egg (you can use flax seeds)
pinch of baking soda
half walnut
2 tsp cocoa powder
10ml milk

🫡 Process

1. Anda phod ke cup me daalo
2. Usme 20g almond flour daalo
3. Phir honey
4. Baking soda
5. walnuts
6. Cocoa powder
7. iske upar milk
8. In sab ko spoon se achhe se mix karo

⏰ 1min 10 seconds ke liye microwave me daal do!
