Various causes are there first we have to rule out the exact cause by clinical radiological pathological investigations only then treatment should be initiated. Common causes are Anemia, obstructive airway diseases, HTN and cardiovascular diseases, anxiety/ panic disorders, gastrointestinal diseases and certain neuromuscular diseases.
