Calm down. Your therapist is not doing a favour on you. It’s ok if you want to take time with your feelings or if you want to put it all out there at once.

Sometimes your therapist would want to direct you to healthy patterns and it could be difficult for you to change paths. It's okay.
It's your therapist job to help you reason out your behaviour and find the best way to deal with different situations.

This happens to the best of us. I've heard my clients telling me... 'but I don't want to be happy, I'm okay being sad' or 'I don't know what I'm seeking from therapy because I just feel I don't want any help'

Sometimes we hold onto our trauma, only because now we get a sense of belongingness. It feels like, this is it. This is my life.
I'm someone who got cheated on, or I'm just somebody who got replaced or left behind or I'm just someone who's meant to be sad or I'm just someone who ruins everything that I touch.

Reality is, you're here in therapy to know what else you are. You're here to realise that THIS doesn't define you. You're here to acknowledge and understand what you've achieved till now, why you're still alive and what's your purpose.

So, don't hold back from gaining a newer perspective. Something someday would make sense.🤗

There are going to be times where you would feel like it's the end of everything. You'd feel you've lost everything. You'd feel as if the universe is against you..
But is it really?
The universe is within you.
And quite honestly, if you realise that you have yourself, you wouldn't feel that lost. Rather, you would understand the power that is there inside you that holds everything dear to you closely.

Always remember to not lose yourself amidst the chaos that's around you.

You're all that you've got.

Before you go to sleep today, just recall how many times you've had to apologise for showing the way you feel, for doing things you liked, for crying, for laughing, for anything.. just because you thought the other person would think you're stupid.

STOP doing that to yourself. Embrace every part of you. Do what you feel is right (unless it's not causing any harm to you or someone else).

Stop apologising for being yourself.
