More About Hitesh’s Journey
Hailing from a small town in Punjab, Khanna, I grew-up in a joint family. The financial struggle and the tensed atmosphere at home most of the times pointed that the only way to survive in this world is to work hard and earn a respectable job. I earned a job in the field of my interest but soon, the consistent feeling that something is missing started to echo in me. I wanted to leave it and do something more fruitful but I didn’t know what! Meditation happened to me over a phone call with my sister. And with Shubhangi coming in my life came the life changing opportunity to be in the company of great teachers, Patri Ji, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi. With perseverant action on understanding my body-mind- spirit connection, I could let go my long standing chronic illness, self- sabotaging issues and bucketful of fears. My biggest challenge has been to make a shift from a well-paid job to a living where I contribute to the world with my friendship, words, love and presence and yet enjoy all the riches of life. I am grateful that I have manifested it and growing it moment to moment. Even if it wasn’t easy, it wasn’t impossible either. If I can, anyone can.
More About Shubhangi’s Journey
Hailing from the family of meditators, my childhood has been full love and affection from my parents. I grew up as the princess of my parents, and was soon up for a challenge when life threw me a bouncer in the form of mother’s illness. It was cancer, and within no time she made her way to heaven. My castle came into pieces, I was broken and shattered from within. The grief of losing mother was so heavy that I wanted to exit life and join my mother as soon as possible. Mindfulness practice brought many good things in my life. I met my soul partner, Hitesh and life has been a turnaround after that. I also met Patri Ji, Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi whose guidance helped me embrace life and encourage others in doing the same. For now, I am clear about my purpose of being here on Earth. I am certain that my mother is happier when I am present in embracing the ‘gift of life’ that she has given to me. I am committed to live it with grace, ease and joy.
