The strong link between PCOS and insulin.

Hyperinsulinemia play a central role in PCOS.

Most women with PCOS have insulin resistance, meaning their body needs higher insulin levels to control blood sugar. High insulin disrupts ovarian hormone regulation and stimulates the ovaries to produce excess testosterone. This hormonal imbalance interferes with normal ovulation and contributes to symptoms like irregular periods, infertility, and hair growth.

Because of this connection, PCOS is often associated with other metabolic conditions such as:

✅Type 2 diabetes
✅Obesity
✅Fatty liver
✅Metabolic syndrome.

PCOS and obesity share a common root cause

Obesity and PCOS frequently occur together, but one does not necessarily cause the other. Instead, high insulin levels is the common underlying driver behind both conditions.

People say they want results.

✅ Better blood sugar.
✅ Lower weight.
✅ Normal cholesterol.
✅ More energy.

But when it is time to follow a disciplined dietary protocol, excuses start coming.

➡️ Today there is a party.
➡️ Travel is going on.
➡️ Office pressure is high.
➡️ I got bored eating the same food.
➡️ From Monday I will start seriously.

Let be very clear, excuses never reduce insulin resistance.
