Does making out cause acne?
No.

But friction, sweat, beard rubbing, makeup transfer and bacteria can trigger breakouts.

Always wash your face after making out 😌
Send this to your boyfriend.

Dark underarms can feel embarrassing,
but natural remedies won’t fix this.

There are safe medical solutions that actually work.

1️⃣ Switch your razor
Shaving causes friction + micro-cuts → more pigmentation.
Use a trimmer or consider waxing/laser instead.

2️⃣ Use a mild chemical exfoliant (2–3x/week)
Look for lactic acid, glycolic acid or salicylic acid
They remove dead skin & reduce darkness over time.

3️⃣ Stop alcohol-based deodorants
They irritate skin & worsen pigmentation.
Use fragrance-free or roll-on deodorants instead.

4️⃣ Apply a brightening serum daily
Ingredients to look for:
✨ Niacinamide
✨ Alpha arbutin
✨ Kojic acid
✨ Vitamin C

5️⃣ Moisturize + reduce friction
Dry, irritated skin darkens faster.
Use a light moisturizer and avoid tight sleeves.

⚠️ Be consistent for 4–8 weeks for visible results.

What you drink in the morning affects your skin more than you think.

Some drinks hydrate.
Some quietly dehydrate and inflame.

When the trip finally comes out of the group chat ✈️✨

Every group has its roles
The planner who made the itinerary
The shopper who packed extra
The drama queen who kept things interesting
And the influencer who captured it all

Gen Z colours their hair like outfits 🎨
But here’s the dermatologist truth 👇

Hair colour isn’t the problem.
Bleaching is.

Repeated bleaching weakens the hair shaft, irritates the scalp, and can even lead to thinning over time.
Your scalp ages faster than your hair when you overdo it.

If you colour often, remember this:
• Avoid frequent bleaching
• Keep a 6–8 week gap between colour changes
• Invest in scalp treatments, not just hair masks

Comment “BLEACH”and I’ll share 5 scalp treatments that actually help.

In this reel, I decode whether an Indian actor’s hair appears natural or enhanced by observing hairline design, density, and overall pattern, from a dermatology lens.
It’s about understanding modern hair restoration, not guessing.

Everyone on the internet says:
Drink hot water every morning for glowing skin.

Here’s the dermatologist truth 👇
Hot water does not detox your skin.
Your liver and kidneys already do that.

Yes, it may help digestion and gut health.
But acne, pigmentation, and dullness?
Hot water alone won’t fix them.

Real glow comes from moisturising, sunscreen, and enough water through the day.

Comment WATER for my skin hydration routine.

Comment your skin concern and I’ll tell you the right solution.

Not every skin concern needs the same treatment.

Hollow under-eyes, pigmentation, acne scars, sagging, fine lines —
each needs a different medical approach.

Correct diagnosis = correct results.
