White sugar or brown sugar – they look different, but what’s the real difference? In just 60 seconds, we’ll break down:

White sugar = refined sucrose with the molasses removed.
Brown sugar = either less refined or white sugar with molasses added back.

Many people who take Thyroxine (for hypothyroidism) also take gas tablets or PPIs like Pantoprazole, Omeprazole, or Rabeprazole for acidity and bloating.
But taking them together is a common mistake — it can reduce Thyroxine absorption and make your thyroid levels unstable!

✅ Take Thyroxine early morning on an empty stomach
⏳ Wait at least 30–60 minutes before food or any other tablet
