Often, we create a false image of the “Happy Child”to stay in our comfort zone and avoid facing our shadow.
Yet the body remembers.

It quietly holds the pain, fear, guilt, and shame
we may unknowingly carry — sometimes even on behalf of our ancestors.

As these hidden dynamics were acknowledged and addressed in the field, pain began to transform into Peace and Harmony,
Fear softened into Joy and Acceptance.

The session closed with a beautiful moment of grace,
as the Sun blessed the field and a representative recited the sacred mantra:
Aum Bhur Bhuvaswa…

A reminder that when truth is seen,
healing begins to flow.
