Refined oils are highly processed using chemicals and high temperatures, which destroy essential nutrients and may create harmful compounds. In contrast, cold-pressed oils are extracted naturally without excessive heat, helping retain antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats that support overall well-being.
Always pay attention to the source of raw materials. Oils made from high-quality seeds or nuts provide better nutrition and safety.

Many people ask me — what are the real benefits of a healthy lifestyle?

I have been making this video with my daughter for the last 3 years. At that time she was about 5 years and her weight was almost one-third less. Today she is around 30 kgs.

But the interesting change is this — earlier I could take only 5 rounds, and today I completed 12–13 rounds with more speed and fun.
