Balanced Diet Tips for Diwali Day (Without Guilt)

🕖 1. Start your morning clean
• Begin your day with warm water + lemon or jeera water
• Have a protein-rich breakfast (oats + nuts / eggs + fruits)

👉 This keeps your sugar levels steady before sweets arrive.



🍛 2. Balanced Lunch
• Fill half your plate with veggies, ¼ with protein (paneer, dal, chicken), and ¼ with carbs (rice, chapati).
• Add curd or buttermilk to aid digestion.

💡 Eat a proper meal before snacks — it reduces bingeing.



🍬 3. Sweets – Don’t skip, just smartly portion!
• Enjoy 1–2 pieces of your favorite mithai, not every variety.
• Prefer homemade sweets (less oil, less sugar).
