Intuitive Connect Asia is a prestigious global platform that brings together leading experts from across specialties to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and explore the future of robotic surgery.
This year, held in South Korea, it was a great honour to represent India and Yashoda Hospitals, Hitech City on this global stage, showcasing our work in gynecological robotic surgery — a proud first from our institution.
Day 1 began with the Welcome session by Glenn Vavoso, followed by insightful sessions and discussions on advancing robotic excellence. The scientific exchange continued with expert-led panels, creating a strong foundation for collaboration and learning.
The evening concluded with an interactive dinner session, offering the opportunity to engage closely with global leaders and peers. A special highlight was interacting with renowned experts such as Dr. Arnold Advincula, along with several other senior international faculty.
Day 2 focused on academic depth across gynecology, urology, and colorectal specialties. As part of the gynecology program, I presented my work on multidisciplinary collaboration in robotic surgery, followed by meaningful panel discussions with global experts.
The entire program was thoughtfully curated, combining scientific excellence with forward-looking discussions on emerging technologies and next-generation robotic systems.
This global connect reflects a shared vision of collaboration, innovation, and advancing patient care through robotics.
I return with valuable insights, new learnings, and exposure to upcoming advancements shaping the future of minimally invasive surgery.
