Welcoming New Talent to the AIMSR Family!
An Induction Program for newly joined employees was successfully conducted on 16th October 2025 in the Auditorium Complex, organized by the HR Department under the leadership of Senior HR Manager, Ms. Kranthi K.
At AIMSR, employee induction is a thoughtfully designed process that ensures smooth onboarding and familiarization with the institution’s values, policies, and culture. During the session, comprehensive insights into HR policies, service rules, and organizational expectations were shared. A Service Rule Book—a detailed guide to the institution's protocols and employee responsibilities—was also distributed to all participants.
