The fear of Loss! Take it in one breathe at a time.
The souls departed, what do they want us to do? Is it really a thought to even worry about? Or is it the time I care for the loved one, left behind – Us! Take it in one breathe at a time.
Is My Loss bigger than Yours? I lost too with You! Not being there for friends and family, a simple hug to heal, a simple blank stare for well-being, nothing simple to give anymore. Condolence and RIP messages all around! Take it in one breathe at a time.
Repentance, Ask Forgiveness, Gratitude, Love- Take it in one breathe at a time.
Say and repeat until you feel lighter -
