The blood collected from volunteers in blood donation camps organized across the twin cities is dispensed by Aarohi to the needy, free of charge. They charge processing fee to those who can afford to pay, to be able to meet the running expenditure of the blood bank. Aarohi is committed to arrest clandestine sale of blood and adopted the policy of no replacement donation. They aim to improve the availability of safe blood by improving awareness on blood donation among general population.
