When you perform an action, which you know is the right thing to do, and you do it without worrying about its impact on the future.
When your mind spends all its energy in correcting the past or imagining a future, but you regulate it, you give it a reality check, to just think of now. And you realise how much energy it was sucking out of you.
When you have a goal in your mind, and you are working towards it, but all your energy is invested at the task at hand, at present. Because you know that’s the only thing you can control.
When the results of your actions do not make you overwhelmed in case you succeed. Nor do they make you depressed in case of failure.
You are content with the present, you know you are doing the right thing at present, you are energised for the task in hand at present, your mind is at peace, anticipation of results do not worry you- you are living the present.
