At CrossFit HITEC City, we train for “Health”, defined by CrossFit as work capacity across broad time and modal domains throughout one’s lifetime. In simple terms, that means building the Strength & Fitness to not just be “disease-free,” but stay “Functionally Independent & Resilient for Life”.📈💚✨
This weekend, introduced us to Chinese Weightlifting, and the seminar was incredibly well-curated and highly informative, specially for those who wish to pursue Weightlifting as a Sport🏋️♀️.
We’re excited about what we learnt and look forward to integrating relevant concepts from here into our programming for CFHC athletes. 🙌
