In 2025, I completed 265 days of structured cycling training, covering 12,611 km—95% indoors and only 5% outdoors—plus two strength sessions per week. This added up to nearly 300 days of disciplined effort across training, consistency, nutrition, recovery, events, successes, failures, health issues, funding, work, and family challenges.No matter what happened, I improved by 1% each year toward my goal of becoming a pro and elite competitors and a massive annual target.This progress stemmed from the structured training provided by my coach NJ and the supportive team of friends Ahmad and Sasi, along with encouragement from my clients behind the scenes and the unwavering support of my beloved family—all made possible by God's grace.Thank you, 2025.
