Most of us view physical health as an independent compartment of our life -separate from other aspects of our being. Hence, when we experience a physical disease - we view the disease as independent and not connected with other aspects of our being.

Experience shared by one of the participants at a 2 day Spoorthi Wellness workshop organised at Phoenix Arena-

“Hello,
This is Khadija, I attended the Spoorthi wellness programme held for 2 days.

It was a wonderful experience,i felt an amazing shift and discovered incredible facts about the inner hidden beliefs which helped me know myself better and work on them to overcome some uncontributing beliefs.

Sunil ji and Kavya Di,the facilitators shared a wonderful aura and energy which made the understanding happen in a beautiful way and the ambience made it even more beautiful.

We see life in a state where most of the time we face problems and hold the outer world responsible for it, wherein the actual answers are hidden beneath each one of us,to understand this takes acceptance and acceptance is a default path towards awareness.

Being aware and feeling the shift and the enthu and courage to do that was experienced in this amazing program.

I would love to go deeper into this and understand even better.
