Looking Urgently for a very charming persuasive individuals who speaks intermediate, fluency of Spanish & English Required.

Job Timings:
12:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST.

Salary: As per the Healthcare Industry Standards.

Job Summary
Three roles:
1 Position: To return calls that come in from marketing.
2. Follow up on all our 3 months patients.
Patients are sent away as it is requirement to wear compression stockings for three months first before we can submit for authorization for procedures.
3rd-recovery patients
Our no show/cancel patients

Work Flow
We provide different methods of work process to our clients for their convenience. You may choose which one suits best for your need.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK PROCESS FLOW:

Virtual Assitant (VA) connects to client/radiologist’s system through remote connection and communicating through skype.
VA will login to PACS with given User ID and Password from radiologist.
VA opens the case from work list for doctor to read.
Initially for few day VA will get used to the PACS and learn frequently used reporting and save for future reference to use that as template to get work done faster.
Radiologist have a final look at report and confirms Sign the report electronically.
OFFLINE ULTRASOUND AND ECHO WORK PROCESS FLOW:

VA assistant connects to client/doctor’s system remotely.
VA will login to PACS with given User ID and Password from radiologist and opens ultrasound study and look for Sonographer Tech sheet in attachment.
(OR)
The Client/Doctor will send patient’s tech sheets or paperwork to our webmail for our transcriptionist to prepare report looking at tech sheet. (All documents are kept strictly confidential).
98%+ accurate reports are prepared and mailed back to client/doctor for final review and to be electronically signed.
MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION WORK PROCESS FLOW:

MT will login to Clients Server with Given User ID and Password
Our MT will access voice file folders on server and download them. Transcribed files are sent back to client/doctor within TAT.
