Smt. Nimbunabai Tirpude Hospital and Research Centre is named after the mother of Late Shri Nasikrao Tirpude, Ex-Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

The North Nagpur area is a slum-dominated area and is inhabited mostly by people below poverty line and those belonging to backward communities. The absence of a good medical care facility, particularly for the slum areas around Chalks Colony, was quite pinching. The needy patients had to run to the distant Mayo Hospital and Government Medical College Hospital for even minor issues and treatments. Private hospitals were ruled out for these people due to costly treatments. It was with this background that Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur, envisioned a hospital with good facilities and decided to render medical services to these residents of North Nagpur, thereby providing relief to them from costly treatment elsewhere. This conveniently located Hospital on Kamptee Road provides an easy and non-congested access to the needy patients and their families to avail a host of medical services and facilities.

Medical camp at Vishwashanti Samaj Bhawan, Dhamadeep Nagar. In collaboration with Dr Hedgewar Blood Bank and Dr Sanjay Lahane, eye specialist. We had more that 300 patients consulting Gynaecologist, pediatrician, general physician, orthopaedic, orthodontist.
