A 70 yo male patient was suffering from bilateral knees pain and deformity since 10 years.

He presented to us and we diagnosed him with bilateral knees osteoarthritis (KL grade 4) with varus deformity and fixed flexion deformity of both knees.

After optimization right *total knee replacement* surgery was done.

Total knee replacement or simply TKR is a surgical procedure to replace deformed weight bearing surfaces of knee joint with metal and plastic parts to alleviate pain and disability.

Patient can start walking from next day of surgery. Also rigorous physiotherapy program is the key to complete recovery.
