In this session at YogaPeace Sansthan, Guru Ji explains the proper technique of performing Konasana (Angle Pose) with clear step-by-step guidance. Students are taught how to enter the posture gradually, focusing on correct body alignment, controlled side bending, and balanced weight distribution.
Guru Ji demonstrates how to keep the spine lengthened while bending sideways, ensuring that the movement comes from the waist without collapsing the chest or rotating the body forward. Special emphasis is given to maintaining straight legs, active arms, and steady breathing so that the stretch remains safe and effective.
Different variations of Konasana are also explained, helping students understand how the posture can be practiced according to flexibility and body condition. Guru Ji highlights common mistakes and necessary precautions so that beginners can practice confidently without strain.
Through detailed correction and explanation, students learn not only how to perform Konasana properly but also how to guide others with clarity and awareness in their Yoga Teacher Training journey.

🧘♂️ Bharadwaj Asana on Marod Box — Deep Spinal Twist with Proper Support 🧘♀️
Bharadwaj Asana performed on a Marod Box is a therapeutic and alignment-based method that helps the spine move safely into a deep twist while keeping the body stable and supported. With the help of the marod box, the pelvis and spine are positioned correctly so that the twist happens gradually without strain.
This supported approach allows practitioners to experience the benefits of spinal rotation while reducing unnecessary pressure on the lower back and neck. The use of props helps the body relax into the posture, improving flexibility, mobility, and awareness of correct alignment.
Regular practice of Bharadwaj Asana with support helps to:
• Improve spinal flexibility and posture
• Release stiffness in the back and shoulders
• Enhance mobility in the waist and hips
• Support balanced movement of the spine
• Promote calm breathing and nervous system relaxation
When done under proper guidance, therapeutic twisting postures help the body regain natural balance and coordination.
✨ Correct alignment + proper support = safe and effective yoga therapy.

Rubber Neti – Advanced Yogic Nasal Cleansing Practice in Yoga Teacher Training
In the ongoing Yoga Teacher Training sessions at YogaPeace Sansthan, students are learning the traditional and advanced cleansing technique known as Rubber Neti, which is an important part of Shatkarm practices in classical yoga. This kriya focuses on deep internal cleansing of the nasal passages using a soft rubber catheter under proper guidance and supervision.
Guru Ji explains the complete step-by-step method, beginning with preparation, hygiene, mental relaxation, and correct handling of the catheter. Students are guided on how to gently insert the rubber tube through the nasal passage and carefully bring it out through the mouth, ensuring calm breathing and steady awareness throughout the process. Special attention is given to safety precautions so that students understand when to practice, how to practice, and who should avoid the kriya.
Rubber Neti helps remove deep mucus blockages, improves airflow through the nasal channels, enhances respiratory strength, and increases sensitivity of the nasal pathways. Guru Ji also explains how this kriya prepares the body for advanced pranayama practices by creating clear breathing passages and better oxygen flow.
Students are encouraged to observe carefully before practicing and to maintain discipline and patience, as advanced cleansing techniques require both technical understanding and mental steadiness. This session reflects the depth of traditional yogic education where every kriya is taught with clarity, purpose, and responsibility.

Jal Neti – Traditional Nasal Cleansing Practice in TTC
In the Yoga Teacher Training sessions at YogaPeace Sansthan, students practice Jal Neti, one of the most important and widely recommended shatkarma techniques for nasal cleansing. Guru Ji explains the correct method of using lukewarm saline water to gently cleanse the nasal passages and remove dust, allergens, and mucus.
Students learn the correct salt-water ratio, head positioning, breathing awareness, and drying process after practice. This kriya helps improve sinus health, breathing clarity, and mental freshness, making it an essential preparation for pranayama.
🌿 Leg Traction Therapy with Yoga Ropes — Gentle Decompression for Stability and Strength 🌿
Leg traction therapy using yoga ropes is a structured therapeutic method designed to create space in the hips, knees, and lower spine while improving alignment and mobility. With the help of strong rope support, the legs are gently lengthened and stabilized so that deep muscular tension can release naturally without strain.
This therapy is performed in a guided and controlled manner, allowing the joints to relax while traction helps restore proper positioning and balance. Rope support reduces pressure on the joints and helps the body gradually relearn correct movement patterns.
Leg traction therapy helps to:
• Improve alignment of the hips and legs
• Reduce stiffness in the lower body
• Support joint stability and flexibility
• Enhance posture and body balance
• Release deep tension in muscles and connective tissues
When combined with mindful breathing and therapeutic yoga practices, this method supports natural recovery and long-term stability.
True therapy is not about force — it is about correct support and awareness.
