Tendoachilles is an important tendon for the movement(downward) of the foot. Tumour of the Tendoachilles warranted its removal Following which if not reconstruct, patient will have difficulty in walking. Here a young female presented with tumour of Tendoachilles of both side. Which was reconstructed with dual tendon transfer after excision.
