Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Year). Shreya bagged 2nd position by getting 787 out of 1100 whereas Lovely Sharma bagged 8th position by getting 759, Amandeep Kaur bagged 14th position by getting 749 in the same class.

World Physiotherapy Day 2025 was celebrated at Department of Physiotherapy, Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar on 8th September 2025 with theme of “Activity for Healthy Ageing”. Dr. Raju Sharma, Head of Department (Physiotherapy) addressed the occasion by appreciating the role of Physiotherapy in Geriatric population. Students gave speeches and recited the poem reflecting the awareness of Physiotherapy in society. The entire faculty of the Department of Physiotherapy namely Dr. Jaswant Kaur, Prof. Priyank Sharda, Prof. Vaishali Mohindru and Prof. Alisha Kamboj were present on the occasion.

BPT final year student, Simranjeet Kaur of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar Punjab, receiving honour in the Conference Sports Connect 6 organised by IAP Punjab Chapter at Amritsar on 8/03/25. She received this award for presenting her community Physiotherapy Project paper in UG category. Congratulations to her.
