We successfully treated a 14-year-old male patient presenting with irregular tooth alignment. Our comprehensive treatment plan involved extracting all first premolars, employing conventional orthodontic appliances for alignment, and utilizing T-loop retraction of the left upper canine, resulting in significantly improved dental health and aesthetics after 20 months.

A 26-year-old patient presented to our clinic with chewing difficulties. Clinical evaluation diagnosed Class III malocclusion, characterized by negative overjet, deep bite, and marked curve of Spee.

Functional analysis identified pseudo Class III malocclusion. Additional assessment employed Orthopantomogram and Lateral Cephalogram radiography.

Orthodontic treatment consisted of leveling and alignment, lower third molar extraction, and lower jaw retraction using a buccal shelf implant, concluding in 24 months and successfully restoring the patient's aesthetic smile and confidence.
