🔹 Issue Reported:
ICU reported a BPL Clear Sign C8 patient monitor not powering ON. No standby unit available.

🔹 Action Taken:
Visited hospital urgently. Diagnosed a faulty SMPS (burnt capacitor).
Replaced the damaged part on-site and restored the monitor.

🔹 Outcome:
Patient monitor powered ON successfully, tested & handed back to ICU for patient use.

✅ Status: Resolved. Unit functioning normally.
