With no post operative mortality and only one patient had major complication.

40 years old female with Chronic calcific pancreatitis had multiple hospital admission for recurrent episodes of pain abdomen. Now pain is not responding to medicines.
CT abdomen showed Atrophic pancreas with stones in pancreatic head and body.

Frey’s Procedure done and patient has discharged from hospital in stable condition on post op day 5.
