In the valleys of Jammu & Kashmir, a new wave of hope is rising. To***co Youth Campaign 3.0 began with a simple belief — that the youth are the strongest force against to***co addiction.

From schools to the farthest villages, young volunteers stepped forward. They carried messages of awareness, shared real-life stories, organized street plays, painted walls, and inspired their friends to take a stand. Every session, every pledge, every conversation became a small spark of change.

TYC 3.0 is not just a campaign.
It is a movement of courage, led by the youth who dream of a healthy, to***co-free Kashmir.
A movement where every child says confidently:
“My future is smoke-free.”

Together, with the support of the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir and the State To***co Control Cell, these young changemakers are shaping a brighter tomorrow.
