آزاد کشمیر میں یورولوجی کے شعبے میں ایک تاریخی خواب کی تعبیر!
یہ صرف ایک ورکشاپ نہیں بلکہ ایک خواب کی تکمیل ہے، جو ڈاکٹر نعیم احمد بٹ نے کئی سال پہلے دیکھا تھا۔ ایک خواب جس میں آزاد کشمیر میں عالمی معیار کی یورولوجی سروسز میسر ہوں۔ اور اس خواب کو حقیقت کا روپ دینے میں جس شخصیت نے ہر قدم پر بھرپور ساتھ دیا، وہ ہیں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شمیم خان جن کی قیادت، سرپرستی اور اعتماد کے بغیر یہ سنگِ میل ممکن نہ ہوتا۔
ہمارے اسپتال میں پہلی بار Minimal Invasive Surgery Workshop کا کامیاب انعقاد ہوا، جس میں Laparoscopic Nephrectomy اور RIRS جیسی جدید سرجریز آزاد کشمیر میں پہلی بار انجام دی گئیں — یہ ہماری طبی تاریخ کا ایک سنہرا باب ہے۔
