Your perspective towards yourself changes everything ✨
Most of us have an inner critic ——that voice that says “you’re not good enough, you should’ve done better, you’re failing.” When we believe it blindly, it shapes the way we see ourselves and our life.
But here’s the truth:
That voice isn’t always the truth. It’s often just old fears, comparisons, or unhelpful beliefs replaying in our mind.
💡 Try this technique: Name your inner critic.
Next time that harsh voice shows up, give it a name (like “the Judge” or “the Doubter”). This creates distance between you and the voice. You can then ask yourself: “Is this helping me, or is this just the critic speaking?”
🧠 This method is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Self-Compassion practices. By labeling the inner critic, you reduce its power, challenge distorted thoughts, and open space for a kinder, more balanced perspective.
🌱 Remember: Perspective towards yourself isn’t about ignoring mistakes ,
it’s about learning to see yourself with clarity and compassion.
