Position: Supervisor
Role: Supervise Dishari Pharmacy branches (A Unit of Dasham Medicare Pvt Ltd)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches.

Ensure smooth coordination between retail, wholesale, and administrative teams.

Monitor sales performance and stock management.

Ensure proper billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and customer service standards.

Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for timely stock replenishment and vendor payments.

Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Maintain overall cleanliness, display, and store presentation standards.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
