Case Study: Paronychia

A patient visited my residential chamber with complaints of painful swelling, greenish discoloration, and pus formation in fingers of both hands, persisting for 8-10 years. Despite treatment under modern medicine for last few years, relief was temporary.

After thorough case taking, initially Lachesis was prescribed in July 2025, based on mental symptoms, followed by Nat. Sulph in September 2025, considering total symptoms. Maximum complaints showed significant relief post-treatment.
