കൊക്കോട്ടി ഗലേറിയ എന്ന പേരിൽ ഒരു സംയുക്ത സംരംഭം ഊട്ടി കൂനൂരിൽ തുടങ്ങിയ വിവരം താങ്കൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുമല്ലോ. വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന സ്വദേശ-വിദേശ കേക്കുകൾ നിർമ്മിച്ച് വിതരണം നടത്താൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് തുടങ്ങിയ സംരംഭമാണ്. 2025 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 4 ന് കാലത്ത് 10 മണിക്ക് ഉത്രാടം ദിവസമാണ് ഗ്രാൻഡ് ഓപ്പണിങ്ങ് നടന്നത്. അതോടൊപ്പം ഒരു കേക്ക് സെറിമണിയും നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. കേക്ക് സെറിമണിയോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് 500 കിലോ വരുന്ന ഡ്രൈ ഫ്രൂട്ട്സും, നട്സും, വിവിധ തരം വൈനുകൾ (കാരറ്റ്, നെല്ലിക്ക, ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട്), റം, ബ്രാണ്ടി, വിവിധ തരം സ്പൈസസുകൾ എന്നിവ പരിപാടിക്ക് വന്ന എല്ലാ ക്ഷണിതാക്കളുടെയും പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ ഒരു കേക്ക് സെറിമണിയും നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് കേക്ക് സെറിമണിയിൽ മിക്സ് ചെയ്യുകയും, മൂന്ന് മാസത്തിലധികം ക്യുർ ചെയ്തു വെച്ച ഡ്രൈ ഫ്രൂട്ട്സും, നട്സും, വൈനുകളും, സ്പൈസസുകളും കൊണ്ട് നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന ക്രിസ്മസ് കേക്കുകൾ വിൽപ്പനക്ക് തയ്യാറാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ മുൻകൂട്ടി ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
